Screen incoming applications and maintain applicant database.
Arrange interview schedules with shortlisted candidates and coordinate with hiring managers.
Handle calls, messages, and routine correspondence with candidates.
Assist in onboarding process including preparing Employment Form, Offer Letter, and HR documents.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
Develop and carry out efficient filing and documentation systems.
Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., leaves, attendance, overtime).
Assist in monitoring employee attendance and leave records.
Handle employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.
Provide administrative support such as preparing letters, memos, and HR-related reports.
Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proactive, organized, and meticulous with strong multi-tasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (candidates with HR/administration experience will have an added advantage).
