Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department
Prepare contract of probation, confirmation, transferred, re-designation and any HR related letter.
Maintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll duties
To assist monthly payroll, including calculation of payroll, allowances, incentives, OT, claims, and ensure timely pay-out and compliance with all the statutory requirements
To assist the stationary and uniform request including distribution, ordering and preparing the related documents.
Updating, maintain and file employees HR records including administration of employee's personal details and relevant documentation and ensure all documents are in order & compliance, assist in audit exercise.
Assisting the HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration.
Coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees
Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.
