Familiar with employment and advertising agencies for recruitment and selection with best match of job descriptions and qualifications.
Negotiate with agencies for service fee, online employment service availability for long-term use and cost effectiveness.
Assist HR & Admin to update and prepare annual headcount report and organization chart.
Develop standard contract/agreement for overseas and local workers.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels in local languages and also good writing skills.
Possess meticulous, detailed and well-organized skills to meet deadlines and able to work independently.
Proficient in computer software application specifically with MS Excel and numerically inclined.
QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE:
Min Qualification: Degree/Diploma Human Resources Management/ Business Administration
Min Experience: 1 years relevant experience in HR & Administration proficiency
