HR Assistant Job Requirement :- - Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or Administration - Fresh Graduate - Available immediately - Willing to work in KL Office Job Responsibilities :- HR operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the Human Resource - GM in all Human Resource aspects which include recruitment & selection, training & development, orientation for new employee induction, industrial relations, performance management system, career planning & development, employee welfare, and etc. Recruitment \xe2\x80\xa2 Sourcing, screening & select candidates for interview arrangement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create & post job ads on jobportal websites and social medias. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepared offer letter, renewal letter and extension of contract letter. \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange & conduct an interview session with hiring manager and upper level management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct orientation for new employee for report duty & onboarding. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
