1. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Prepare employment offers, contracts, and onboarding materials.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
4. Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions.
5. Coordinating internal training.
6. Maintain training records and track progress against training plans.
7. Assist to apply for HRDC grant for external training.
8. To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirement :
1. Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
3. Good communication skills.
