Job Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Update and maintain office policies and procedures
\xc2\xb7 Provide administrative support for HR executives
\xc2\xb7 Processing internal arrangements such as travel accommodation, training sessions, and team-building /company events.
\xc2\xb7 Assist HR & Admin Manager and responsible for handling full spectrum of HR functions.
\xc2\xb7 Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
\xc2\xb7 Administer employee benefits such as leaves, medical, dental, insurance etc.
\xc2\xb7 Assist in the co-ordination of social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all employees.
\xc2\xb7 Source for and recommend upgrading courses for the staff.
\xc2\xb7 Provide the necessary confidential administrative support for all human resource, office admin and receptionist function.
\xc2\xb7 Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave, annual leave
\xc2\xb7 Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.
\xc2\xb7 Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover
\xc2\xb7 Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
\xc2\xb7 Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
\xc2\xb7 Other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated from management and superior.
