Job Description

JOB SUMMARY


Windscreen2U Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to assist in the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This role will support HR functions such as recruitment, employee records, onboarding, payroll coordination, and general administration to ensure smooth and effective business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Administrative & Employee Support



Maintain and update employee records in Infotech and corporate files. Prepare HR documents including employment contracts, letters, and memos. Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes. Respond to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Recruitment & Staffing



Assist in posting job vacancies across job platforms. Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications. Support the recruitment team in screening resumes.

Payroll & Benefits Coordination



Collect, verify, and process attendance and leave records.

Compliance & HR Policies



Ensure proper documentation and compliance with Malaysian labour laws (Employment Act 1955). Support HR department and prepare documentation when needed. Help update and communicate HR policies and SOPs.

HR Projects & Employee Engagement



Assist in organizing training sessions. Support HR initiatives to improve employee experience and workplace culture.

JOB REQUIREMENTS



Qualifications



Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies



Good understanding of basic HR functions and Malaysian labour laws (Employment Act 1955). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in InfoTech is a plus. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. High attention to detail and good organizational skills. Professional in handling confidential information. Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Requirements



Based in or able to commute to Semenyih HQ.
