Job Description

Maintain a secure and up-to-date record of employee passports and other official documents, particularly for foreign workers or employees on international assignments. Monitor & renew passport and visa expiry dates, and coordinate timely renewals or applications with relevant authorities or agencies. Liaise with employees and external service providers (e.g. embassies, immigration consultants) to facilitate smooth document processing. Assist with payroll preparation by collecting relevant data and documents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave.

Requirements:



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in an administrative role; HR experience is an advantage. Strong organizational and time-management skills & excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices & strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation.

5 working days (8am-5pm)



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
