Maintain a secure and up-to-date record of employee passports and other official documents, particularly for foreign workers or employees on international assignments.
Monitor & renew passport and visa expiry dates, and coordinate timely renewals or applications with relevant authorities or agencies.
Liaise with employees and external service providers (e.g. embassies, immigration consultants) to facilitate smooth document processing.
Assist with payroll preparation by collecting relevant data and documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave.
