We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised HR Assistant to join our team at Tiger Balm (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Senai, Johor. This is a
CONTRACT (February 2026 to June 2026)
role with the opportunity to contribute to our growing HR function. As an HR Assistant, you will provide valuable support to the HR team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR operations.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the administration of HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and data management
Assist leave records, claim processing, overtime compilation and consumables purchasing.
Monitor service providers (cleaning service, pest control and security guard)
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
Assisting with the preparation of HR reports and documentation
Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed
What we're looking for
Diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field
1-2 years of experience in an HR assistant or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (GMP preferred)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
