Calculate staff overtime (operation and management)
Prepare salary summary and payslip accordingly
Handling staff Permit/Passport (Renewal & New Application), Special Pass, Fomema, Typhoid injection, Kursus pengendalian makanan (if needed)
Prepare HR related documents/form/memos/letter and others in timely manner
Handling & Organize company events accordingly (Hari Raya & Staff Retreat)
Liaise and make arrangement with third party (Socso, kwsp, & others) for HR matters
Ensure all the HR (Employee details record) are being recorded, properly updated and Filling accordingly
Monitoring attendance and tracking late comings
Managing and record employee benefits (monthly allowance, medical allowance, etc)
