Assist in preparing monthly payroll for foreign workers, including payslip distribution and payroll reporting to Accounts.
Manage staff onboarding processes such as registration, work permit/passport updates, and SOCSO submissions.
Update and maintain attendance records for all employees, including punch card monitoring for foreign workers.
Coordinate staff insurance updates for new joiners and resignees, including personal and group medical insurance.
Handle medical reimbursements, PERKESO/PA/Group Medical claims, and ensure proper documentation.
Maintain HR administrative records, including monthly stationery stock tracking and inventory updates.
Prepare and submit e-invoice requests for relevant HR claims.
Support general HR and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Minimum
Sijil / Diploma in Human Resource Management
, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 0-1 year of working experience in HR or administrative roles (
fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
).
Basic understanding of
payroll
, SOCSO, EPF, and HR documentation processes.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
(Excel, Sheets, Docs).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain accurate records.
Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
