Basic salary depends on education level and experience. For SPM leavers, it starts at
RM1,700
.
Includes OT, night shift allowance & meal allowance the
gross salary can reach RM2,700+.
A company car is provided for work purposes only.
Job Responsibilities
Manage company hostels covering about 25 housing units. Hostel locations are near to the factory.
Ensure rental agreements between landlords and tenants are valid, and renew agreements before its expire.
Able to carry out minor repairs (if you have no experience, don't worry -- we will assign one staff member to handle maintenance). Must ensure all hostels are in good condition and always comply with Government Acts.
Respond to any complaints received from neighbours, workers, or landlords.
Ensure rental and utility payments are made on time.
Able to deal with government agencies such as the Labour Department (JTK), Immigration, Police, etc.
Transport workers to clinics/hospitals when necessary.
Ensure all documents are properly stored.
Send workers to the airport (KLIA).
Assist other HR staff when required.
Training provided.
