Minimum STPM/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong data entry skills, detail-oriented, and able to work fast
Able to organise files and update records accurately
Able to handle confidential and sensitive documents
Comfortable working with tight deadlines
Keen to start fresh or build a new career in Human Resources
Admin/clerical experience is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily HR tasks such as employee files, attendance, and HR data updates
Prepare and manage HR documents (letters, memos, forms)
Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and training
Provide basic administrative support when needed
