PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Raise PR using Oracle System and handle purchasing for all stationery items, refreshment, name card and PPE items for all the accounts. 2. Check and confirm suppliers; invoices before submitting to MHR for verification and CGM approval 3. Checking all medical bills and maintaining staff medical expenses records as well as recovering the excess medical expenses from the concerned staff. 4. To register new user ID for new join staff, addition and deletion of e-mail using Y3 online portal. 5. To provide ID badge for new join staff. 6. Responsible for Floral, Congratulatory and condolences gift for all staff. 7. Coordinate and arrange for business travel needs, ie booking of accommodation and flight. 8. To liaise with contract agencies on the administration of the foreign workers such as recruitment of foreign worker, staffing activities, invoices and monitor on the visa expiring and renewal. 9. Responsible to ensure foreign worker\xe2\x80\x99s master-list updated for all accounts. 10. To handle any ad-hoc task that assigned by the immediate Superior. 11. To attend all training and presentation on health and safety matters as well as accident prevention 12. To comply strictly with EHS related policies, procedures and customer requirement as well as safety rules that are rolled out from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Diploma with 4 years of experience (preferably related experience) : - Certificate / STPM / SPM with 5 years of relevant experience. - Computer literate - Able to communicate in Bahasa & English
