Job Description
- Conducts main role in labor management, payroll, benefit and labor contract - Maintains records of manpower list and profile of individual staff and worker - Leads HR administration work such as labor contract, payroll and other related work - Coordination and policy compliance of domestic and international assignments - Overall coordination of terminations and leaves of absences - Provide advice, guidance & interpretation of HR policies, programs and procedures
