About the role - you will:

Handle employees' queries via email, chats, or phone calls from Thai speaking internal employees (who are based in Asia region) as a HR Shared Services representative
Manage employee personnel files and data management
Be responsible for regional HR Shared Services activities and transactional processingBe assigned to the HR Shared Services Center project to optimize and automate HR business processes
The role is based in Penang and will require on-site work during the initial phase, transitioning thereafter to a hybrid work arrangement
