duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. You'll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.
HR Job Duties:
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties (Main role)
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives and manager
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
HR Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Experience with renewal of permits for foreign workers is a major plus
Willing to station at any of
Kepong.
1-year experience in HR or fresh graduate encourage to apply.
Computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel)
Basic knowledge of labour laws
Highly organised and detail oriented
Efficient time-management, direction
Skilled in the art of multitasking
Excels both in independent work and collaboration
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Honest, ethical and dependable
