Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITY



1. Managing and update HR system ( Attendance/Leave/Claim)- Enroll/removed/register new joiner staff /workers

2. Monthly stock inventory report ,Utilities bill, PPE

3. Recruitment for new staff/ post job in job channel for Operator & non-executive

4. Arrange Food handling training , Typhoid injection ,Managing HRDF portal

5. Managing & tracking medical fees , claim ,Seed fund

6. Managing Navision system ( PR/PO/GRN)

7. Managing hostel & transport management for Foreign workers

8. Raise petty cash & arrange for compassion (wellness basket/confinement/sympathy/condolence )

9. Support for document and process for foreign workers renewal permit

11. Support for document and process for Renew company Vehicle

11. Managing and arrange all Festival/Event in company

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 11/01/2025
