Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Activities
1. Ensure timely and quality hiring of candidates for open positions.
2. Maintain accurate HR records.
3. Maintain positive employee relations and assist HR Exec to resolved grievances promptly.
4. Ensuring timely payroll transaction.
5. Quarterly inventory control related to uniform and PPE.

Reporting
1. Timely and accurate reporting of HR metrics (e.g. Pay report, headcount, absenteeism, lateness, etc.).

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
1. Lead, train and induction of new employees and exit interview analysis report.
2. Assist HR Exec to comply with Labor Laws and SEDEX.

People
1. Foster a high-performance culture through employee engagement, development and feedback to reduce habitual tardiness.

Cost
1. 100% accuracy of payroll transaction.
2. Engage cost effective training provider.

Quality
1. Assist HR Exec pass external audits for SEDEX audit compliance.
2. Ensure 100% accuracy of daily records (DR) hours and attendance record.
3. Maintain HR data accuracy.

Speed
1. Ensure fast turnaround time for recruitment and onboarding.
2. Ensure fast turnaround time for grievance handling.

Safety
1. Assist HR Exec to establish harmony working environment with zero conflicts.

2. Prevention of sexual harassment and company code of ethics through effective communication and education.

JOB AUTHORITY
1. Have authority for every changing PPE
2. Have authority to deny request from 3rd party regarding staff personal data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,150.00 per month
