  • Understand full spectrum of Human Resources function including managing and providing administration support in recruitment, payroll, training, and development, employee relations and other HR matters.
  • To liaise with government statutory bodies - EPF/SOCSO/HRDF
  • Source, arrange and conduct recruitment / selection/ induction/ orientation programmes
  • Manage company\'s training & development needs including HRDF
  • Handling disciplinary issue, staff counselling and grievances, terminations and other employee relation matters in compliance with local labour law
  • Handle all type of HR letter and correspondence
  • Develop Human Resource planning and ensure that it plans adequately for all company future engagement that will involve people
  • Proposing and formulating the full range of Human Resources Policies.
  • Ability to handle workforce management - attentive to all staff welfare. Try to get constructive feedback for the company and propose corrective measures if required
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reporting to management team.
  • Ad hoc task assigned by superior/Management from time to time.
