Manage employee contracts, social security and payroll per Employment Act
Handle recruitment, training and performance management
Develop job descriptions, organize recruitment activities
Handle local recruitment and foreign worker hiring
Manage office and factory logistics
Compliance & Certification
Ensure production processes meet certification standards
Monitor environmental compliance
Organize safety training per OSHA requirements
Handle factory license renewals and government safety inspections
Government Relations
Maintain relationships with government agencies
Monitor policy changes, apply for subsidies and incentives
Handle work permit matters for foreign employees
Requirement
Minimum 5 years of HR and administration experience in a manufacturing environment
Preferable 3 years in a team management role, with strong recruitment recruitment activities
Proficient in both Chinese and English to coordinate with China HQ and Malaysia operations.
