Key Responsibilities :
1. Identify and approach corporate clients needing recruitment and HR consulting services. 2. Develop B2B sales strategies focused on HR service packages tailored to industries such as manufacturing, retail, or professional services.
3. Conduct needs assessments with client companies to understand HR gaps and propose appropriate solutions.
4. Create and deliver service proposals and presentations to HR managers, directors, or business owners.
5. Build strong professional relationships with decision-makers in target companies.
6. Promote services through LinkedIn, email outreach, and virtual networking events.
7. Work with the marketing team to run digital lead-generation campaigns targeting HR decision-makers.
8. Maintain and manage a CRM system to track prospects, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
9. Collaborate with the recruitment and consulting teams to ensure the solutions sold are delivered smoothly.
10. Provide regular reporting and insights on sales performance, lead sources, and market feedback.
