Key Responsibilities HR Planning: Collaborate with the Head of HR to understand strategic HR priorities and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of those goals. Talent Acquisition: Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, participate in the recruitment process, and drive initiatives to attract top-quality candidates. Training and Development: Identify training needs and suitable training programs and support managers in providing ongoing coaching and feedback to employees. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, enhance employee engagement, and promote employee well-being. HR Policy Development: Support the development, revision and communication of HR policies and procedures. Process Improvement, HR Metrics and Reporting: Collaborate with HR teams in schools to streamline HR processes and workflows, Track and analyse HR metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, efficiency enhancement and support data-driven decision-making. System Implementation: Collaborating with HR teams to implement the HRIS software in accordance with the implementation plan. Data Management and Systems Maintenance: Oversee that accurate and up-to-date employee data is maintained within the HRIS. Monitoring the HRIS for any technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and working with the Central IT team to resolve them. Conducting regular system audits to identify and address data discrepancies or inconsistencies. Reporting and Analytics: Generating HR reports and analytics from the HRIS to provide insights on employee data, such as turnover rates, workforce demographics, performance evaluations, and training needs. Presenting this information to HR and management for decision-making purposes. Training and Support: Providing training and support to HR staff and employees on how to use the HRIS effectively. Creating additional user guides and documentation if required to ensure proper system usage and to maximise its potential. Reporting Line: Head of HR, Malaysia Key Stakeholders ISP Malaysia Regional Team School HR Teams, and other relevant stakeholders across the regional school network Group People Systems Lead Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience. Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist with experience in HRIS administration, including data management and user support. Stakeholder Management skills and good interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using HRIS platforms, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM is an added advantage.
