An HR Business Partner job has become available at a service provider for Malaysia\xe2\x80\x99s premier central infrastructure for financial markets and payments network backed up by the Central Bank with several financial institutions as joint holders. This company is its class leader in digital payments network, debit security issuance and depository. About the HR Business Partner Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the stakeholder and the business leaders in providing business support to management and the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop people related agenda and strategies. Where needed, champion the development of supporting policies and practices working in partnership with HR functional heads
- Manage employee engagement
- Co-lead in manpower planning
- Drive performance management agenda
- Manage people-related communication
- Lead and/or participate in projects or tasks (HR and others) as and when required, working in collaboration with team members across the organisation
- Degree/diploma in HR management, social sciences or other relevant discipline
- Minimum of eight years of experience in HR management, with at least two years in a generalist function
- Excellent people skills, decision making skills, organisational and planning skills
- Up-to-date understanding of general principles in HR management (competency based)
- Well versed and up-to-date with relevant Malaysian Labour Laws
