We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner based in Kuala Lumpur to join our Shared Services People & Culture team at GrowthOps. Someone who is passionate about supporting people and businesses to deliver their best, with amazing attention to detail and a lifelong love for learning new things. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed team, you will take responsibility for: Working in partnership with leaders, line managers and the Talent team to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new starters Supporting employees and leaders through the employee lifecycle, offering guidance and support on all matters relating to the employee experience Working with the business SLT and people leaders to ensure optimum performance levels are achieved through effective target and objective setting, regular PGP and feedback sessions, and coaching and guiding leaders to support, coach and motivate their teams Making recommendations to the CPxO and business SLTs on training and development strategies required to develop the capability of the Group as a whole and for each business you are supporting Promoting wellbeing initiatives, programs, benefits and EAP usage within the businesses you support to encourage take up, with the long term aim of increasing wellbeing Leading and implementing assigned people initiatives and ensure the Group and People Strategy is communicated regularly and in the most appropriate manner What we\'d love to see from you: At least 5 years\' generalist experience, ideally in a Digital Agency / Tech environment Demonstrated experience using an HRIS and ATS Current knowledge of relevant workplace and employment related legislation and ability to interpret and apply effectively Demonstrated ability to build trusting professional relationships, adapting your communication style and using influencing techniques to create positive outcomes Ability to work independently and work effectively with the team to achieve business outcomes Confident and professional communication and presentation together with a positive attitude Excellent time management and attention to detail Strong organisational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and/or projects Ideally, our preferred candidate will also speak mandarin and/or cantonese What you\'ll get in return from us: Aside from a great remuneration package and all the flexibility you need to operate at your best, we want to see you thrive and grow with us.
