Vacancy 1: Receptionist

  • Pick up call and transfer the call to PIC
  • Greeting visitor
  • Check staffs / workers\' enquiry before refer to the PIC
  • Key in Staff Attendance Data (Leave form)
  • Other ad hoc task as instructed by the superior
Vacancy 2: HR Clerk
  • Assist Executive in recruitment of new staffs (local and foreign worker)
  • Monitor Foreign Worker hostel issue (maintenance and application of permit)
  • Monitor Typhoid Record
  • Other ad hoc task as instructed by the superior
Vacancy 3: Payroll Clerk
  • Check attendance and verify overtime record
  • Key in leave application form
  • Document Filling (Staff Personal File)
  • Staff Appraisal
  • Socso Claim
  • Other ad hoc task as instructed by the superior
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,500.00 per month Benefits:
