Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:



a) Reception and Front Desk

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, mails and courier services. Handle PA system for paging purpose. Maintain company cleanliness. Manage visitor and all the necessary needed.
b) HR and Administration Support

Assist in recruitment activities such as document review, support induction processes for new employees (preparing forms, clearance checklist, provide locker, uniform etc.) Manage HR Cabinet System and Purchase Request System including the stationary, company tools, personal protection equipment, cleaning materials, medicines, replenish and maintain minimal stock level and related inventory. Monitor and handle issues pertaining to employee transport arrangement and cleaning services. Monitor and record monthly usage of company expenses (electricity, water, Coway, vending machine, telephone bills, photocopier, employee transportation, security service, cleaning service etc.) and ensure timely submission for payment. Coordinate office maintenance and repair work with Facility Department or service providers. Assist the preparation of administrative documents, reports and correspondence including for audit purpose. Maintain proper filing systems for HR and Admin records.
c) General Support

Handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior or management. Support company events, staff engagement programs and training activities.

Requirements



Fresh graduate or recent graduate with a certificate, diploma or degree in Human resource or Business Administration. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and employees effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiar with documentation and filing systems. Basic understanding of recruitment and human resources principles and practices. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Good attendance and time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
