Role
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions i.e. Recruitment, Training, C&B, Performance Management, etc. He / She will support CEO to ensure smooth daily operations in terms of HR operations, admin, employee engagement, company activities, etc. The role will require to review and establish proper HR policies & procedures to in line with Malaysia / Employment Act practices.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma holder.
- Min 4 years of experience as HR Generalist in any industry and currently at Senior Exec / Supervisory / Managerial level.
- Experienced in setting up HR Department / HR policy & procedures is a plus.
- Proficient in Mandarin too in order to liaise with China counterpart.
