Position: Human Resources Consultant
Company: RedRadar International Sdn Bhd
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday - Friday

Job Scope

1) Manage daily HR operations, ensuring documentation, compliance, and employee records are accurate and up to date
2) Support the recruitment process: job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
3) Handle employee relations including discipline, grievances, and conflict resolution
4) Monitor attendance, manage staff schedules, and support shift planning
5) Ensure HR practices are compliant with Malaysian labour laws and industry standards
6) Assist with payroll processing and maintain staff data accuracy
7) Provide HR guidance to managers and staff, ensuring best practices are followed
8) Organize employee engagement initiatives to strengthen company culture
9) Prepare HR reports and updates for management decision-making
10) Continuously improve HR workflows for operational efficiency
11) Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management

Requirements / Preferred Qualities

1) Passion for human resources and people development
2) Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
3) Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
4) Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
5) Knowledge of employment laws and HR functions is a plus
6) Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
