Job Description

JOB SCOPE To manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including sourcing, selection, and shortlisting, background check till offer stage. To assist clients in identify and source for appropriate talent for current open roles. To create and post advertisement to attract applicants of the right standard. To Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies. To ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to Client expectation. To Identify new business opportunities. To maintain strong rapport with existing clients. To provide career counselling to candidates. To meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor\'s Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related field. At least 1-2 years working experience in related field Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa. Candidates with ability to communicate in Mandarin will be having added advantage. Computer Literate Customer service and sales skills. Pleasant personality, well-organized, dynamic and ability to make reasonable decisions. Strong team player.
