If you're looking for a dynamic, fulfilling career coupled with flexibility and world-class employee experience, you'll find it here.About the jobPrimary Responsibilities:Administer all aspects of HR transactions in global HRIS system, including new hires, status changes, salary adjustments, transfers, terminations, location changes and reorganizations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on employees in HRIS, ensuring complete confidentiality, data integrity and data privacy.
• Partners with other departments across SAS to research and resolve problems.
• Use various reporting tools (including HRIS and other systems) to produce reporting and analytics for HR metrics.
• Supports and participates in assigned HR projects and initiatives; performs other duties assigned.
• Acts as department liaison and responds to general inquiries from HR customers, managers and employees and escalating potential issues appropriately.

Additional Responsibilities

• Identifies areas for process improvement and streamlining of current administrative HR processes
• Plans and assists with special projects

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Human Resources administration and coordination
• Usage of HR systems preferred
