Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and record staff attendance
Verify commission and expense claims
Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation
Handle payroll and overtime calculations
Prepare monthly HR reports
Support the Head of Department with ad-hoc HR tasks
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Administration or Finance
At least 2 years of working experience in a similar HR role
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking employees and stakeholders)
Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
