Job Description

1. HR Administration - To schedule and coordinate meeting,interviews and HR events. - To support all internal and external HR related inquiries or request - To assist on medical and annual leave tracking for all staff - To assist on maintaining and updating medical claim database monthly 2. Recruitment & staff data maintenance - To assist issuance of any employment related documents - To ensure all staff employment agreement are valid - To maintain employee database and maintain updated filling of staffs 3. Training - To assist on coordinating training sessions and seminars - To ensure all training related documents are kept for records 4. Payroll - To consolidate and input staff montly token and autopay payment - To maintain monthly payroll records - To prepare summary of monthly token and autopay payment 5. Employment Pass (Work Permit) - To communicate on required documentation with staff - To consolidate on work permit documentation - To submit documents and liaise work permit matters with JKM and JIM 6. Company IT matters - To monitor company\'s email account - To create new email for new hires - To ensure and monitor all software on company\'s computer are licensed - To ensure all documents are back up into external hard disk - To assist staff on IT related matters - To assist staff on any required software installation - To track and list all software that are allowed in company\'s computer - To manage and monitor IT asset management Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM1,700.00 per month Expected Start Date: 07/01/2023
