At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office, accounting software, etc.)
Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (spoken and written)
Strong attention to detail, with good organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
Must have own transport and be willing to work at the Telok Gong location
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (5 working days per week)Tanggungjawab
Maintain and update accounting and HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Process payroll, benefits, and other HR-related documentation
Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
Assist with the preparation of reports and financial statements
Coordinate employee records and manage leave entitlements
Provide general support to the accounts and HR team as needed
