and screening potential candidates, mostly language interpreters ( in
Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand etc)
Update the trackers and maintaining the Excel sheets on timely manner for paying out commission.
To
prepare monthly payroll and ensure all documentations are complying
statutory requirements (including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB);
Maintain good filing system and proper document recording;
Manage payment voucher and cheques;
Interface/coordination with management and other recruiters and screeners.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least diploma in Accounting; BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred;
Must have very good English and Mandarin spoken language skills.
At
least 1 year(s) of experiences in the related field is required for
this position ; Freshers may apply with above education .
Proven
experience as an office administrator, office assistant and familiarity
with office management procedures and basic HR role;
Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office;
Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast pace environment;
Good communication and interpersonal skills; and
Able to start work immediately would be added advantage.
