Kelayakan

  • Certification in Human Resources, degree in Human Resources or relevant fielder, HR administrator, management or similar.
  • Knowledge of labour legislation.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrative.
  • PC literacy and experience with MS Office application.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • At least 1 year experience in HR or Admin work.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Good ethical judgment.
  • Able to speak English & Mandarin

  • Maintenance office
  • Office\'s license renewal
  • Visa / Permit renewal
  • Workers monthly payroll
  • Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
  • Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filling company documentation (e.g., sick leave, maternity leave, etc.)
  • Communicating with recruiters and other external parties.
  • Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance.
  • Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.
