As an HR cum Admin Executive, you'll be the heartbeat of both people operations and office management. This dual role blends strategic HR responsibilities with essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a thriving workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Handle payroll inputs, leave tracking, and benefits administration
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
- Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and training coordination
Administration
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance
- Prepare and organize internal documents, reports, and correspondence
- Support senior management with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders
- Maintain filing systems and ensure document confidentiality
- Assist in invoice processing, SST documentation, and basic finance tasks
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., SQL Payroll, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Base Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
