Requirements
  • Good in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good in organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in human resources, Business Administration, or related field experience.
  • At least two years of human resource management experience preferred.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Payroll systems will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
Responsibilities
Human Resource Management:
  • Assist in recruitment processes: job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases (attendance, leave, training, performance).
  • Administer payroll, EPF/SOCSO/EIS submissions, and statutory compliance.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance management.
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with labor laws and company standards.
  • Manage and update the organization's HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
Administrative Duties:
  • Oversee office operations, supplies, and vendor management.
  • Manage company correspondence, filing systems, and confidential documents.
  • Handle administrative management support (meeting scheduling, minutes taking, reports).
  • Support in organizing company events and activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
