Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Thorough knowledge of labor laws
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Solid communication skills

Update and maintain internal personnel databases (personnel info and leave days)
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
Maintain and update company policies
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360xc2xb0 evaluations)
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Answer employees query about HR-related issues
Assist on payroll by processing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves days, claims)
Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
