Responsible end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, talent sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangement, and all hiring process.;
Participate in recruitment activities in university/ college career fair, actively looking for qualified candidates
Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
Oversee the HR system\'s administration, system improvement and ensure smooth implementation;
Assist in enhance Company policies and Employee Handbook;
Arrange staff welfare such as accommodation and transport arrangement
Support in management of all operational aspects and other administrative tasks
Any other ad-hoc task assigned.
Responsibilities
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Words and Power Point.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
