Job Description


  • Responsible end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, talent sourcing, resume screening, interview arrangement, and all hiring process.;
  • Participate in recruitment activities in university/ college career fair, actively looking for qualified candidates
  • Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
  • Oversee the HR system\'s administration, system improvement and ensure smooth implementation;
  • Assist in enhance Company policies and Employee Handbook;
  • Arrange staff welfare such as accommodation and transport arrangement
  • Support in management of all operational aspects and other administrative tasks
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned.
Responsibilities
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Words and Power Point.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
