Job Responsibilities:
Administrative & Logistics Support
Update and maintain daily records
Perform filing and documentation for office and HR-related matters
Coordinate lorry maintenance schedules, servicing, and repairs
Liaise with JPJ, Puspakom, insurance providers, and other regulatory bodies for vehicle compliance and renewals
Human Resource Support
Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding
Maintain and update employee records such as personal information, employment details, and disciplinary records
Monitor and manage staff leave records and medical claims
Provide data support for payroll processing (attendance, leave, etc.)
Assist in organizing performance appraisals, staff training, and engagement activities
Handle staff communications and internal HR announcements
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and perform any other HR-related tasks as required
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Must possess own transport
and willing to travel when necessary
