HR cum Admin



Location:

Nusa Bestari

Salary:

RM2500 - RM3500

Working days:

Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm | Sat (Alternative) 8.30am - 1.00pm

Job Responsibilities:



- Assist in monthly payroll and statutory contribution.

- To prepare, administer and updating records of administration work such as preparation of letter, employment contract, resigned administration, employees' job confirmation, promotion, contract renewal & foreign worker permit

- Carry out employee performance evaluation or the appraisal of employee work results on staff confirmation, yearly appraisals or on a periodic basis.

- Responsible to manage employee conflicts, provide counselling to employee, hearing and resolving employee grievances and employee disciplinary issues.

- Prepare the report relative with HR policies such as overtime report, headcount report, payroll, yearly bonus, annual salary review and etc.

- Maintain personnel and leave and claim records, and filing

- Perform full spectrum of recruitment functions including candidate sourcing, interview arrangements and hiring procedures

- Liaison with recruitment firm or newspaper agent for publish the job vacancy classified ad

- Responsible to monitor, re-check and key in the maintenance (motor Vehicle) record.

- Responsible to arrange the inspection, purchase insurance and renew road tax.

- Responsible to apply petrol card, in charge of company's mobile phone line tracking.

- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:



- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Admin, Business Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

- Prefer with 1-2 years' relevant experience in HR / admin.

- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin will be added advantage)

- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.

- MUST willing to work for 5.5 days (Alt Sat).
