Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Human Resource Duties:



Handle staff recruitment process including posting job ads, screening candidates, and arranging interviews. Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents. Manage staff attendance, leave applications, and roster scheduling. Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records. Handle staff onboarding, briefing, and training coordination. Ensure compliance with Employment Act and company HR policies. Prepare HR-related reports for management review.

Administrative Duties:



Assist in daily clinic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry. Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory control. Coordinate maintenance or service requests for clinic equipment and facilities. Handle correspondence, emails, and communication with external vendors. Support clinic operations by assisting in scheduling, billing, and patient record updates (if required). Perform other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager or Management.

Requirements:



Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
