Job Description

Human Resources:



Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation, such as contracts, leave applications, and payroll processing. Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive work environment. Coordinate and execute training programs to support employee development. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Administrative



Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Assist in the coordination of delivery orders and logistics for hardware and construction items. Support the management team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
