Description(1) Assist/Relieve Assistant Manager on general administration /human resource during her/his absence.(2) Supervise Administration Officer, Assistant and Receptionist /Telephone Operator /Cleaner.(3) Interview, plan and sourcing manpower recruitment for all staff except Manager level(4) Prepare Sosco, EPF registration and insurance claims(5) Check attendance record & prepare payroll for non-Management staff(6) Execute training programs as and when required and update of individual training record(7) Ensure proper security functions within the organization by monitoring the relevant records(8) Ensure overall office building/facilities/equipment\'s are well maintained(9) Ensure all company vehicles are maintained in good conditions (Company vehicles Repair &Maintenance Records)(10) Ensure tidy and cleanliness within the premises area (Internally & Externally), toilets and canteen area(11) Transportation and canteen arrangement for normal & shift working time for employees.(12) Monitor on canteen caterer food quality and overall performance(13) Monitor on the monthly canteen subsidy distribution to all employees(14) Monitor on the proper recording and distribution of uniform to all employees(15) Monitor on the staff lockers and car parking allocation to employees(16) Attend to hostel needs, fomema, insurance, renewal of permits, deportation etc. for foreign workers(17) To ensure ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 Management System procedures and activities are implemented and adhered to effectively.(18) Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superiorRequirements:
