Job Description

Responsible for handling a wide range of HR and administrative duties to support daily office operations. The role ensures smooth coordination between departments, proper documentation and efficient HR processes.

Responsibilities:



Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees. Maintain and update employee records, attendance and leave management. Prepare HR-related letters, memos and reports. Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance and overtime. Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, purchasing office supplies and managing correspondence. Coordinate meetings, company events and training sessions. Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with company regulations and local labor laws.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Good communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
