Hr Deputy Director
(Must be proficient in Mandrin both speaking and writing)
Basic Salary: Up to RM15K
Working Hours: 9am-7pm (Mon-Friday) alternate Saturday at least 6 off days per month
Working Location: Hybrid ( at least 3 days in the office and the rest WFH ) KLCC
Fixed allowance: RM1150 (every month)
Company Background: It software background Job Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the formulation of human resource development plans, salary research and optimization of the salary system. 2. Participate in the formulation of company rules and regulations and the implementation of work process specifications. 3. Based on the work strategy, decompose the core elements, and promote the implementation and implementation of performance appraisal. 4. Understand the work situation and related data of the HR department, collect and analyze the company\'s HR information. 5. Responsible for talent management projects, including evaluation and training of core talents, talent development and succession planning. 6. Keep abreast of employee dynamics and maintain employee relationships. 7. Examine and approve the rewards and punishments approved by the Human Resources Department, and arrange for their implementation. 8. Responsible for collecting potential and required talent information inside and outside the company, and organizing recruitment. 9. Complete various tasks temporarily assigned by the director. Job requirements: 1. College degree or above, must be able to speak English, B.M and Mandarin as they need to liaise with China and Taiwanese counterpart. 2. Proficient in commonly used office software such as office and PPT. 3. Have good communication skills, overall planning ability, flexible but still principled, careful and reliable, and clear. 4. Those with recruitment experience in technology companies or personnel experience in the industry are preferred Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM7,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
