A leading healthcare group is seeking an experienced
HR Digital - Senior Specialist
to manage and enhance its Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role serves as the Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) and supports digital HR transformation across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Configuration
Manage and maintain Workday modules (Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Recruitment, Time Tracking, Learning, Talent, and integrations).
Review, test, and implement configuration updates.
Oversee system releases, security roles, and user access.
Data Management & Integrations
Maintain integration workflows with third-party systems (via API/SFTP).
Resolve integration issues and ensure secure, accurate data flow.
Perform data audits and ensure data quality.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
Support management decision-making with accurate analytics.
Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements.
User Support
Provide Workday Level 1 & Level 2 support to internal users.
Manage tickets, user queries, and system enhancements.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure alignment with digital governance, PDPA and internal HR policies.
Support internal/external audits and maintain proper documentation.
Training & Stakeholder Management
Conduct user training sessions and develop SOPs/manuals.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors on system improvements and digital initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in HR, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
6-8 years experience
in HRIS / digital HR, ideally with Workday.
Strong hands-on experience in Workday configuration, integration, and reporting.
Experience in large organisations or group-level HR setups is an advantage.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
Workday certification is an added advantage.

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
