  • You will be instrumental in delivering people initiatives for the Geozone as well as any group wide projects.
  • This role will be the senior leader for driving and delivering organisational change, in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to achieve business targets and position for growth.
  • Contribute towards building a high-performing, customer-centric culture.
  • Play a lead role in attracting and developing key talent and developing organisational capabilities as a sustainable source of competitive advantage.
  • Act as coach and advisor to the SLT, identifying, influencing and resolving organisational issues and ensuring the people and organisational agenda lies at the heart of the business planning and commercial strategies and initiatives.
  • Contribute to ensuring sharing of resources and best practice across the HR team and countries.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a strong People Team through collaborative working, building credibility within the organisation and delivering a professional, accessible and business orientated service.
  • Support and assist the SLT
  • Collaborating with other functional leaders to support business objectives and drive cross-functional initiatives. Partnering with regional and global HR teams to share best practices and leverage resources effectively.
  • Coaching Management to role model excellent leadership, demonstrating the full range of values and behaviours expected of leaders.
  • Drive change projects through ensuring they are delivered in the right way whilst achieving targeted outcomes.
  • Development of a progressive and proactive employee experience and engagement strategies.
  • Building a robust and clear strategy for succession & career paths.
  • Development and retention of talent across the Business and contributing to longer term succession planning across the Region as well as the development of career pathways.
  • Develop a competitive and innovative Reward offering that is communicated across the Business and links to engagement, retention and hiring.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related issues and initiatives.
  • Overseeing complex employee relations issues.
