The HR & Employee Support Executive (Japanese Speaker) position in the life science industry requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and organizational skills. A successful HR & Employee Support Executive (Japanese Speaker) should have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Japanese (min JLPT N2 and above) and English (spoken and written)
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or Customer Service is preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis and HR systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
